HIKING definition

HIKING means an outdoor activity of going for a long walk. The Company has its sole discretion to decide whether a hiking path is accepted or not. It will be listed and shown to the Insured Person before the Policy is confirmed.

  • THE UNDERSIGNED agree and understand that mountain bike riding and downhill biking, including but not limited to biking the MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS and DOWNHILL COURSE, COMPETING IN EVENTS, riding the SCENIC CHAIRLIFT, HIKING AND CLIMBING IN MOUNTAIN TERRAIN whether self-guided or with guide, climbing on NATURAL ROCK, and riding in RESORT VEHICLES, for any purpose (hereinafter the “ACTIVITY”) can be HAZARDOUS AND INVOLVES THE RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURY OR DEATH.

  • TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I or the minor may have or may in the future have against the RELEASEES and TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that I, the minor, or anyone having a relationship to me or the minor may suffer, from either my or the minor's participation in BOOTPRINTS HIKING TOURS.

  • I confirm that the minor applicant has my consent to apply for membership of GANTOUW HIKING CLUB and to participate in its activities.
