  • Owner and Developer will at all appropriate times possess all franchises, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, licenses and permits, and rights in respect of the foregoing, adequate for the conduct of its business substantially as now conducted or as it is intended to be conducted with respect to the Highside Market Project, without known conflict with any rights of others.
