Highmark shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

Highmark means Highmark Inc., the domestic nonprofit corporation incorporated on December 6, 1996, with a registered office at Fifth Avenue Place, 120 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222. Unless otherwise specified, all references to Highmark include Highmark Health and all of its controlled nonprofit and for-profit subsidiaries, partnerships, trusts, foundations, associations or other entities, including entities for which it manages provider contracting, however styled.

  • Services must be performed by a Highmark approved telemedicine provider.

  • If you receive services from an out-of-area provider or an out-of-network provider, you must contact Highmark Utilization Management prior to a planned inpatient admission, prior to receiving certain outpatient services or within 48 hours of an emergency or unplanned inpatient admission to obtain any required precertification.

Related to Highmark

  • Gateway means the BT electronic gateway, used for all ordering or fault reporting as described in the relevant section of the Handbook;

  • Wagon means any Rollingstock designed to carry any load other than passengers;

  • Weighbridge means any weighbridge either departmental weighbridge/s & or public weighbridge/s authorized by the company for weighment of gypsum/Selenite.

  • EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization

  • Weighmaster means a person, association of persons, or corporation

  • ARC means Application Review Committee.

  • Enterprises means DTE Enterprises, Inc., a Michigan corporation wholly-owned by the Borrower.

  • Colony means a hive and its equipment and appurtenances, including bees, comb, honey, pollen, and brood.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Broadridge means Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.

  • Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

  • High school means grades 9 through 12.

  • Asset management means a systematic process of operating and maintaining the state system of

  • LTD means NMC Healthcare Limited (in administration);

  • Odyssey means Odyssey Trust Company.

  • GC means these General Conditions of Contract;
