Highly Satisfactory definition
Highly Satisfactory means there were no shortcomings in the operation’s achievement of its objectives, it its efficiency, or in its relevance; “Satisfactory” means there were minor shortcomings in the operation’s achievement of its objectives, it its efficiency, or in its relevance; “Moderately Satisfactory” means there were moderate shortcomings in the operation’s achievement of its objectives, it its efficiency, or in its relevance; “Moderately Unsatisfactory” means there were significant shortcomings in the operation’s achievement of its objectives, it its efficiency, or in its relevance; “Unsatisfactory” means there were major shortcomings in the operation’s achievement of its objectives, it its efficiency, or in its relevance; “Highly Unsatisfactory” means there were severe shortcomings in the operation’s achievement of its objectives, it its efficiency, or in its relevance.
Highly Satisfactory means that a Programme is expected to achieve or exceed all its major original/revised objectives and to yield substantial benefits; “Satisfactory” means that a Programme is expected to achieve most of its major objectives and to yield satisfactory benefits without major shortcomings; “Unsatisfactory” means that a Programme is expected not to achieve most of its major original/revised objectives nor yield substantial results, and “Highly unsatisfactory” means that a Programme is expected not to achieve any of its major original/revised objectives nor to achieve worthwhile results.
