Highly Liquid definition

Highly Liquid means, as of any date of determination, with respect to the shares of stock of any company, that the company’s shares either (A) are listed on the NYSE or Nasdaq, or (B) have an average trading volume that exceeds one percent (1%) of the outstanding shares of stock of the company over a period of thirty (30) consecutive trading days on the applicable market or trading platform on which the shares primarily are traded.

  • Additionally, in accordance with the Trust’s Liquidity Risk Management Program, the Adviser shall be responsible for classifying assets of the Fund into at least one of four liquidity categories on a daily basis, and notify the Trust immediately if the Fund exceeds the 15% limit in Illiquid Investments or falls below its Highly Liquid Investment Minimum, if any.

  • The aggregate of the USD Equivalent of the respective Traded Book Values of all Reference Obligations that have no Public Rating but which are Highly Liquid Obligations then comprised in the Portfolio shall not exceed 10% of the Limit Value.

  • For purposes of determining the Weighted Average Rating Factor on any date, Reference Obligations which were included in the Portfolio on the relevant Addition Date that have no Public Rating but which are Highly Liquid Obligations shall not be included in such determination.
