Highgate definition

Highgate means Highgate Hotels L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
Highgate means Highgate Hotels L.P., the manager of the Property including the Hotel, pursuant to that certain Management Agreement with CPTS dated June 20, 2012 (as it has been and may be amended, including those certain amendments on April 24, 2017, November 19, 2021 and November 1, 2022).
Highgate means the Property described in this Declaration and the development to be completed thereon.
