Higher-level entity definition

Higher-level entity means a corporate parent or ultimate parent company or, in the case of a public school, the larger public system of which an entity is a part.

  • Highest-level owner means the entity that owns or controls an immediate owner of the offeror, or that owns or controls one or more entities that control an immediate owner of the offeror. No entity owns or exercises control of the highest level owner.

  • Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • Company action level event means any of the following events:
