High Touch definition

High Touch or “voice Trading” means a method of executing a Client Order using a sales trader who will monitor the market and subsequently execute that Client Order on one or more venues. This strategy requires a greater degree of human intervention than a “Low Touch” trading strategy and attracts higher execution commissions.

Examples of High Touch in a sentence

  • R&M shall charge the Client for the relevant High Touch / Offline Transaction R&M Fee if Users call for technical support in respect of an Online Transaction and the call results in a booking being made.

  • R&M Fees for a High Touch Transaction shall be payable, unless the High Touch Transaction was necessitated due to a technical fault with R&M Systems.

  • Changes to reservations where tickets have been issued: these must be made through the R&M travel team and R&M Fees shall be payable for High Touch Transactions in this regard.

  • R&M may invoice the Client for the relevant High Touch / Offline Transaction R&M Fee if Users call for technical support in respect of an Online Transaction (unless the reason for technical support requirement has been caused by R&M's service failure).

  • Subject to compliance with Section 5(c) of this Agreement, you may instruct us to deliver Cryptocurrency purchased using High Touch Execution Services to an External Wallet controlled by you.

  • You agree that WSII may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept statements similar or analogous to the following as your indication of agreement to the terms of an Order placed using High Touch Execution Services: “ok”, “done,” “I buy,” “bought,” “I sell,” or “sold”.

  • Customer must have High-Touch Operations Management across its Network in order to purchase High Touch Technical Support.
