High Throughput Screening or "HTS" shall mean screening potential pharmaceutical agents against a pharmaceutically-relevant target (e.g., an enzyme, receptor or cell type) to determine each agent's potential utility as a human pharmaceutical at a minimum of [ * ] assays per machine day and the results of each assay are determined and reported as discreet data points.
