High Speed Services definition

High Speed Services means rail passenger services provided by high-speed rolling stock, including tilting trains, that travel at least 200 km/h for at least part of the service; the use of high-speed infrastructure is not always necessary;
High Speed Services means the Passenger Services which use the HS2 Network for some part of their route and are operated by the High Speed Rolling Stock;
High Speed Services means the Passenger Services which use the HS2

  • VoIP calls require high-speed Internet bandwidth, which may affect throughput over any High Speed Services and will count towards your bandwidth usage for all High Speed Services.

  • Without limiting the generality of Section 12(a), High Speed Services have transfer rate limits as described in your Account plan.

  • The Franchisee shall, by no later than 1 June 2022, deliver to the Secretary of State an Initial Output Report relating to the Franchisee's plans to test the operation of high speed train services and progressively introduce the High Speed Services to the HS2 Network and the Conventional Network (the “Trial Operations Plan”) in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3 and 53.2 and 53.3 of this Schedule 18.2.

  • Unavailability begins when AT&T discovers or Customer notifies the AT&T InterSpan® High Speed Services Network Operations Center (“HSS-NOC”), whichever first occurs, that data cannot be transmitted over a PVC and ends when AT&T notifies Customer that the PVC is restored and operational (“Unavailable Hours”).
