High Rating definition

High Rating means a short-term counterparty risk assessment rating from ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ of at least “Prime- 1(cr)”, if ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ is a Rating Agency, a short-term issuer default rating and a derivative counterparty rating from Fitch of at least “F1” and “A(dcr)”, respectively, if Fitch is a Rating Agency, and a short-term unsecured debt rating or a long-term issuer rating from DBRS of at least “R-1 (low)” or “A (low)”, respectively, if DBRS is a Rating Agency;
High Rating means, in respect of a Series held by the Trust, a rating specified as such in the related Series Purchase Agreement and set out in the applicable pricing supplement.
High Rating means, in respect of the Series 2019-2 Ownership Interest, ratings from Fitch of at least “F1” and “A”, if Fitch is a Rating Agency, and a rating from DBRS of at least “R-1 (low)” or “A (low)”, if DBRS is a Rating Agency;

Examples of High Rating in a sentence

  • Each of the Related Distribution Accounts, Related Note Liquidation Accounts and Related Collateral Accounts shall be maintained, (i) if RBC has the High Rating, at RBC; and (ii) if RBC does not have the High Rating, at a Canadian chartered bank or trust company which has the High Rating, which may include Affiliates of the Issuer Trustee or the Indenture Trustee and the Issuer Trustee or the Indenture Trustee itself, as applicable.

  • In such a case, the Company shall act in accordance with the provisions of Subsections (B) to (D) above, mutatis mutandis, deriving from the High Rating instead of the Downgraded Rating.

High Rating means in relation to any Series of Notes or within a Series of Notes, any Class of Notes, in respect of any Person, the rating specified in the Related Supplement;

High Rating means, with respect to any Rating Agency, that such agency shall have rated the commercial paper of the Company, as set forth below: S&P A-1 Moody’s P-1 Fitch F-1 Substitute Rating Agency equivalent to above
High Rating shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.08(b);
High Rating means that:
High Rating means, in respect of RBC, a rating of RBC’s certificates of deposit or short-term indebtedness of [“R-1(middle)”] or higher from [DBRS], a rating of RBC’s short-term certificates of deposit (if assigned) or an RBC issuer default rating (if no certificate of deposit rating is assigned) of [“F1”] or higher from [Fitch] or a rating of RBC’s short-term indebtedness of [“F1”] or higher from [Fitch] and a rating of RBC’s certificates of deposit or short-term indebtedness of [“Prime-1”] or higher from [Moody’s]; or the equivalent thereof from time to time from such Rating Agency or other Related Rating Agency designated by the Trust;
High Rating means a rating of senior long-term unsecured debt securities of the Company without any third-party credit enhancement as either (i) BBB+ or higher by S&P or (ii) Baa1 or higher by Mood▇'▇ ▇▇▇estors Service, Inc.
