High Priority Incident definition

High Priority Incident. A P2 incident is applicable when the issue impacts or affects a function within the production instance and in which the Application affected is mission critical, and any one or more of the following is the case: 1. Severe impact to a critical function that materially impacts Customer’s ability to conduct routine business or to meet customer’s own service levels. 2. A subset of Users is negatively impacted causing an extreme degradation in productivity.
High Priority Incident means an Incident described on an Incident Report and allocated an Incident Priority of "High".

Examples of High Priority Incident in a sentence

  • Any failure of Provider to meet the Response Times or Resolution Times in connection with any Emergency or High Priority Incidents shall constitute a Default for the purposes of this Schedule 4.1; provided, however, that if Provider has used its best efforts to provide a Resolution to an Emergency or High Priority Incident within the applicable Resolution Time, such Default shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

  • Once an Incident has been resolved or worked around, IPC will notify affected Customers as soon as reasonably possible and, for a High Priority Incident, will communicate the results of the root cause analysis within 24 hours of resolution of the Incident.

  • Upon prompt notification via telephone or when appropriate, email, of a High Priority Incident, Supplier shall commence work on resolving the deficiency within one (1) hour of notification and shall engage staff continuously until a resolution is achieved.

  • Any incident in which US Search or its customers cannot retrieve Results with acceptable responses shall be deemed a High Priority Incident.

  • Provider’s liability to a Recipient Party for Availability Credits, Performance Event Credits, Emergency and High Priority Incident Service Level Credits, and Medium Priority Incident Service Level Credits are collectively capped at 100% of the total Payment Processing Fees paid by that Recipient Party during the applicable Measurement Period.
