High Needs Learner definition

High Needs Learner means a Learner aged 16 to 18 with high levels of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), supported with top-up funding from the high needs budget, or any young person aged up to 25 subject to an Education Health and Care Plan, who requires additional support costing over £6,000;

  • Special needs child means a child with needs for emotional care, behavioral care, or physical and personal care which require additional skill, knowledge, or responsibility on the part of the foster parents, as measured by Form 470-4401, Foster Child Behavioral Assessment. See subrule 156.6(4).

If it is determined that the Michigan economic development corporation is unable to perform its duties under this act, those duties shall be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
