High Defect definition
High Defect means an Error as defined in the System maintenance and support agreement between the City and the System Contractor and at least 25% of the active User base of the Production System and/or Hot Standby System environment are impacted in the same manner as defined in the System maintenance and support agreement for a High Defect.
High Defect means a serious failure of, or serious defect in, the tested functionality of the applicable Mission Critical System which prevents it from operating as intended, or produces incorrect or incomplete results, in a manner that is noticeable to the end user, but excluding Critical Defects, Medium Defects or Low Defects.
High Defect means, with respect to any Work Order, an identified material defect in a deliverable such as a data loss, incorrect functionality, or other issues cause material impairment but not interrupted functionality.
