High Cleaning definition

High Cleaning. Quarterly: Clean surfaces and objects in the building that are approximately 70 inches or more above the floor. This includes but is not limited to wall and ceiling areas, ventilating and air conditioning outlets, transoms, clocks, ceiling moldings, tops of partitions, pictures, plaques, wall or ceiling diffusers, bookcases, etc. Drapes shall be vacuumed in place.

Examples of High Cleaning in a sentence

  • High Cleaning: All cubicle walls, overhead cabinets, file cabinets; tall desk storage cabinets are to be free of dust and spots.

  • The cleaning of areas higher than 3 meters ("High Cleaning") including exposed top roofs shall take place at least once every two weeks (includes washing).

  • Accordingly, the Operator shall ensure that it has the necessary cleaning equipment and adequately trained personnel to execute High Cleaning including but not necessarily limited to the following: ▪ electronic and other high signage; ▪ CCTV camera housings; ▪ Passenger information displays; ▪ sign poles; ▪ external signage; and ▪ Internal and external surfaces of the Bus Station building including pedestrian bridges.
