If the School is located in facilities other than State or HIDOE facilities, the School shall obtain and maintain any necessary certificates or permits required for use and occupancy of the School's facilities from the applicable building, zoning, fire, health, and safety authorities.
The School shall provide a copy of any supplemental collective bargaining agreement to the Commission and the HIDOE.
