HIC PROPERTY definition
HIC PROPERTY means: (i) the portion of the Real Property owned in fee by HIC and described in EXHIBIT A-2; (ii) the Liquor Assets; and (iii) the portion of the Personal Property consisting of all chinaware, glassware, silverware and linen.
