Population means the population as ascertained at the last preceding census of which the relevant figures have been published;
Nudity means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering, the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple, or the showing of the covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.

Museum means a non-profit making, permanent institution in the service of society and of its development, and open to the public, which acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits, for purposes of study, education and enjoyment, material evidence of people and their environment;
Cultural means relating to the habits, practices, beliefs, and traditions of a certain group of people.
Census means a field survey carried out to identify and determine the number of Project Affected Persons (PAP) or Displaced Persons (DPs) as a result of land acquisition and related impacts. The census provides the basic information necessary for determining eligibility for compensation, resettlement and other measures emanating from consultations with affected communities and the local government institutions (LGIs).

Orientation means any introductory instruction into a new practice environment or employment situation where being a nurse is a requirement of employment or where the individual uses any title or abbreviation indicating that the individual is a nurse. Orientation is considered the practice of nursing in this State.
Internship means the practical, experiential, hands-on
graduate psychiatric nurse means a person whose name is entered on the register of graduate psychiatric nurses of the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba.
