HI-JACK definition

HI-JACK means the unlawful seizure or wrongful exercise of control of an aircraft or conveyance, or the crew thereof, in which the Insured Person is travelling as a passenger.
HI-JACK will mean the unlawful seizure or wrongful exercise of control of the aircraft or sea vessel or conveyance or the crew thereof, in which the Insured Person is travelling as a fare-paying passenger.
HI-JACK means that the control of a conveyance in which the Insured Person is travelling is involuntarily passed from the regular crew to a person or persons who has (have) used or threatened to use violent means to obtain such control.
