HHE definition

HHE means Hearing Help Express, Inc., an Illinois corporation, which joined as a Borrower under this Agreement pursuant to the Eleventh Amendment.
HHE has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • HHE has all Permits necessary to operate the Business other than those Permits whose absence individually or in the aggregate would not cause a material adverse effect.

  • From February 6, 2006 through November 30, 2006, Consultant will bill HHE the lesser or $125 per hour or $1,100 per day for services performed.

  • HHE has good and valid title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, all of its assets.
