HH Purchase Agreement definition
HH Purchase Agreement means: (i) that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement dated as of June 19, 2013 by and among the Borrower, as Buyer, and ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Exploration II, L.P., as Seller, a true, complete and correct copy (including, without limitation, all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments thereto) of which has been provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Sixth Amendment Effective Date, (ii) that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement dated as of June 19, 2013 by and among the Borrower, as Buyer, and ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Exploration III, L.P., as Seller, a true, complete and correct copy (including, without limitation, all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments thereto) of which has been provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Sixth Amendment Effective Date and (iii) that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement dated as of June 19, 2013 by and among the Borrower, as Buyer, and ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Exploration IV, L.P., as Seller, a true, complete and correct copy (including, without limitation, all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments thereto) of which has been provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Sixth Amendment Effective Date.
