HGR Approval definition
HGR Approval means all filings to, or approvals, certificates or other clearances from, the Office of Human Genetic Resource Administration of the Ministry of Science and Technology (“OHGRA”), and any successor agency thereto, or any Regulatory Authority having substantially the same function, that are necessary for Impact or any of its Affiliates to disclose to, transfer to or share with a “foreign party” any “Chinese human genetic resource information” or “Chinese human genetic resource materials,” with each of the foregoing terms as defined in the PRC Regulation on the Administration of Human Genetic Resources
HGR Approval means any approval, certificate or other clearance from the HGR Regulatory Authority, that is necessary for Leads Bio or any of its Affiliates to collect, preserve, utilize, or provide externally, including to disclose to, transfer to or share with a “foreign party” (as defined in the HGR Regulations) any HGR Information or HGR Materials. For clarity, HGR Approval includes any amendments to approvals for international collaborations and record filings for data transfer.
HGR Approval means (a) the applicable Regulatory Approval for Sampling, Collecting, Trading and Exporting Human Genetic Resources (中国人类遗传资源的采集、收集、买卖、出口、出境审批书) and (b) the Export Certificate for Human Genetic Resources (人类遗传资源出口、出境证明), in each case, to be issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology (中华人民共和国科学技术部), in connection with disclosure or sharing of clinical data from clinical trials in the I-Mab Territory or other Information as contemplated under this Agreement.

More Definitions of HGR Approval
HGR Approval means all filings to, or approvals, certificates or other clearances from the OHGRA that are necessary for commencing research in the form of an international collaboration and disclosing to, transferring to or sharing with a “foreign party” any “Chinese human genetic resource information” or “Chinese human genetic resource materials”, each of the foregoing terms as defined in the PRC Regulation on the Administration of Human Genetic Resources (人类遗传资源管理条例). For the avoidance of doubt, HGR Approval includes any amendments to approvals for international collaborations granted by ▇▇▇▇▇ and record filings with OHGRA for data transfer.
HGR Approval means any and all necessary record filings with, and approvals, licenses, and/or permits issued by, the Human Genetics Resources Administration of the PRC or any other Governmental Authorities in the PRC required for Development activities (including Clinical Trials) and data transfer and sharing under this Agreement with respect to the Exploitation of Licensed Product in the Field in the PRC.
HGR Approval means, with respect to any HGR Filing, obtaining from the NHC or applicable Regulatory Authority approval, clearance or confirmation, as applicable, for such HGR Filing.
