  • All policies of liability insurance required to be effected by Supplier shall cover Supplier's employees, agents, and independent contractors and shall include HFM as an additional insured.

  • Volunteer does hereby release and forever discharge HFM from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered in connection with the Volunteer’s Activities with HFM.
