HES Services definition
HES Services means the oilfield products and services provided by HES and its Affiliates, as further described in Article 3 and in the HES/MOXY Master Service Contract.

Unless the Parties agree otherwise, MOXY's obligation to use HES Services, as stipulated in Article 3, and MOXY's integration of HES personnel, as stipulated in Article 4, shall terminate in connection with the termination of this Agreement, even with respect to Prospects for which HES has made an election prior to the termination hereof.
