Heritage language education: Minority language speakers, second language instruction, and monolingual schooling.
Primary language means the dominant language used by a person for communication.
Speech-language pathology means the application of principles, methods, and procedures related to the development and disorders, whether of organic or nonorganic origin, that impede oral, pharyngeal, or laryngeal sensorimotor competencies and the normal process of human communication including, but not limited to, disorders and related disorders of speech, articulation, fluency, voice, verbal and written language, auditory comprehension, cognition/communication, and the application of augmentative communication treatment and devices for treatment of such disorders
Speech-language pathologist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice speech-language pathology.
English language learner means limited English proficient pupils who speak a language other than English as their primary language and have difficulty speaking, reading, writing, or understanding English as reported to the center.
Language means all documents and correspondence in respect of this contract shall be in English Language.
Version means a release of software that contains new features, enhancements, and/or maintenance updates, or for certain software, a collection of revisions packaged into a single entity and, as such, made available to our customers. Relocation and impact on Support. Relocation of any products under support is your responsibility and is subject to local availability and fee changes. Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

Portions of an MSW landfill may be separated by access roads. An MSW landfill may be publicly or privately owned. An MSW landfill may be a new MSW landfill, an existing MSW landfill or a lateral expansion.
Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.
