HENCEFORTH definition

HENCEFORTH. The Contract is hereby amended to read as follows:
HENCEFORTH the TV Broadcaster" henceforth "the Production Company", have on this day,  , concluded the following concerning the feature film with the working title   (henceforth "the Film") by Director   concerning the TV Broadcaster's acquisition of the commercial usage rights in the Film against payment of the below committed amount, which will be included in the assessment of the TV Broadcaster's mandatory commitment to Danish film production, cf. the Danish Film Agreement 2011-2014 and the Danish Media Policy Agreement 2011-2014. Any subsidies towards the development of the Film previously paid by the TV Broadcaster shall be included in the assessment of the committed amount. The TV Broadcaster's total committed amount is specified below and in the financing overview in Section 3 of this agreement. Total committed amount from the TV Broadcaster   DKK Committed amount towards the production of the Film   DKK Any previously paid development subsidies to the Film   DKK (cf. Appendix 9)
