Hemp concentrate definition

Hemp concentrate means a process intermediate obtained by separating cannabinoids from a hemp crop using a mechanical, chemical or other process which consists primarily of cannabinoids. Hemp concentrate is not a hemp product or hemp-infused product as defined by these rules.
Hemp concentrate means a concentrate with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than five percent (5%) that is derived from hemp solely for purposes of reconstitution into consumer products with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than three-tenths of one percent (0.3%);
Hemp concentrate means hemp that has undergone a process to concentrate one or more active cannabinoids, thereby increasing the product’s potency. Resin from granular trichomes from a hemp plant is a concentrate for purposes of this Chapter.

All houses contain some radon, and a few houses will contain much more than the median concentration. The only way to accurately assess long-term exposure to radon in a specific house is through long-term testing (sampling the indoor air for a year or more). The EPA recommends that all homes be tested for radon. Columbia University's "Radon Project" website offers help to homeowners in assessing the cost vs. benefit of testing a specific house for radon or modifying it for radon reduction (see http://www.stat.columbia.edu/~radon/).
