Hellenic Republic definition

Hellenic Republic means the territory of the Hellenic Republic, including territorial sea and national airspace, as well as maritime areas, over which the Hellenic Republic exercises or shall exercise sovereignty, sovereign rights or jurisdiction, in accordance with international law;
Hellenic Republic comprises the territory of the Hellenic Republic including its territorial sea as well as the part of the sea, the seabed and its subsoil under the Mediterranean Sea, over which the Hellenic Republic, in accordance with its internal legislation and international law (including the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea -UNCLOS), has sovereign rights for the purpose of exploration, extraction or exploitation of the natural resources of such areas;
Hellenic Republic means the Hellenic Republic.
