Hellenic definition

Hellenic means Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. and shall also include any successor or assignee corporation or corporations into which or with which the Company may be merged, changed or consolidated, and any assignee of or successor to all or substantially all of the assets of the Company.
