Held Property definition

Held Property means any regulated property that cannot be sold, dismantled or otherwise disposed of for a proscribed period of time as more specifically enumerated in 14B.90.090.
Held Property means any regulated property that cannot be sold, dismantled or otherwise disposed of for a prescribed period of time as more specifically enumerated in Section 7.70.090.
