Heifers means the Heifers referred to and described in clause 2.5 of this Agreement and in a Livestock Supply Form similar to Schedule “B” hereto.

Examples of Heifers in a sentence

  • If the percentage of the Replacement Heifers in-calf at the end of the breeding season shall be less than the percentage specified at Clause 5 of the First Schedule in this agreement, then the Contract Rearer shall accept the penalty set out in that Clause.

  • The following shall be the Mating Procedure to be followed in relation to the Replacement Heifers in accordance with condition 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
