Heel definition

Heel means that residual amount of LNG in each LNG storage tank at the ▇▇▇▇ Terminal, in excess of the sum of SNALNG and all other customers’ inventories of LNG in such storage tank, as recommended by the tank manufacturer or consistent with accepted industry practice for such purpose in order to maintain an operationally cryogenic state in each LNG storage tank.
Heel means a quantity of LNG required to be maintained by SABINE in the Sabine Pass Facility to allow the provision of Services to Customer and Other Customers. For the purpose of those calculations set forth in Section 5.3(e)(iii) and 5.3(h)(i)a., the aggregate amount of Heel and Retainage shall be limited to one million one hundred thousand (1,100,000) MMBTUs.
Heel means a quantity of LNG required to be maintained by SABINE in the Sabine Pass Facility to allow the provision of Services to Customer and Other Customers.   • If there will be a net reduction in the Tank Heel volume following such operations Buyer shall purchase such reduction quantity of Tank Heel volume pursuant to the terms of Clause 5(j)(ii)(2), with the volume of such Tank Heels purchase being treated as an interim purchase by Buyer.

Heel means the downhole coordinates at which the horizontal portion of the Well begins, as described on the As Drilled Survey.
