Hedges means, collectively, Interest Rate Hedges, Currency Hedges, Commodity Hedges and Equity Hedges.
Hedges means any future, d▇▇▇▇▇▇ive, swap, collar, put, call, cap, option or other contract that is intended to benefit from, relate to, or reduce or eliminate the risk of fluctuations in interest rates, basis risk or the price of commodities, including Hydrocarbons or securities, to which either of the Company or the Company Subsidiary is bound.
Hedges means, with respect to any specified Person, the obligations of such Person under (1) interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements and interest rate collar agreements; (2) any Currency Agreement or Commodity Price Protection Agreement; and (3) other agreements or arrangements of a similar character designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in interest rates.
