Hedge Modification definition
Hedge Modification means the amendment, modification, cancellation, monetization, sale, transfer, assignment, early termination or other disposition of any Swap Agreement.
Hedge Modification means, any amendment, modification, cancellation, sale, transfer, assignment, early termination, monetization or other disposition by any Credit Party of any Hedging Contract (including any Existing Hedging Contract) for Crude Oil, Natural Gas or Natural Gas Liquids.
Hedge Modification has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(d)(1).

Hedge Modification means the amendment, modification, cancellation, monetization, sale, transfer, assignment, early termination or other disposition of any Swap Agreement (including any Existing Swap Agreement) by any Credit Party or Sponsored Partnership for Crude Oil or Natural Gas.
Hedge Modification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.03(d).
