Heavy Cleaning definition
Heavy Cleaning means the removal of all inorganic/organic deposits of sand, silt, grease, roots, and all other solids or semi- solid materials from the sanitary sewer lines that cannot be removed by repeated Light Cleaning, as determined by the City.

Heavy Cleaning shall consist of a full cleaning by using mechanically powered equipment, hydro jetting, root saw and vacuum cleaning equipment after regular cleaning to remove all heavy grease, debris and roots blocking the line and preventing the Service Authority’s CCTV inspection.
