Hearst definition

Hearst means The Hearst Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
Hearst means Hearst Television Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in New York, NY, its successor and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
Hearst shall have the meaning specified in the Preamble to this Agreement.
