Healthcare program means any U.S. federal health program as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(f), including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHAMPVA and state health care programs (as defined therein), and any health insurance program for the benefit of federal employees, including those under Chapter 89 of Title V, United States Code.
