Health Services Supervisor definition

Health Services Supervisor means a person with a professional medical license or certificate, such as a nurse, social worker, physical therapist, or psychologist, responsible for the development, supervision, and implementation of a written health care plan for each resident.
Health Services Supervisor means a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse who is responsible for supervising health care provided to facility residents.
