Health permit definition

Health permit means a permit issues by the Health Department;
Health permit. A Tulsa County Health Department permit must be displayed to the public by the vendor. Vendor must be ready for inspection by the Tulsa County Health Department on the day of the festival.
Health permit means the written permission of the Health Officer or his authorized representative to utilize water from, or otherwise participate in, an individual water system.
