Headquarters district definition

Headquarters district means the area defined in article 3 of this Agreement;
Headquarters district means the district by that name as defined in section 1 of the Agreement between the United Nations and the United States of America regarding the Headquarters of the United Nations, of 26 June 1947.

  • The Government shall protect the premises of the Tribunal against unauthorized entry or damage of any kind and take appropriate measures to prevent any disturbance of the peace or impairment of the dignity and proper functioning of the Tribunal due to disturbances of public security or order in the Headquarters district or the immediate vicinity thereof.
