Headquarters Covenant definition

Headquarters Covenant means the covenant specified in Article XVII(A) hereof.

  • As the sole remedy for breach of this covenant, Building Rent shall become $828,049.92 annually ($69,004.16 monthly), commencing with the first day of the particular month in which Sun Country violates the Headquarters Covenant (and, in the event any such violation continues for thirty-six consecutive months, the higher Building Rent will be in effect permanently thereafter through the remaining Term of the lease).
