Head Operator definition

Head Operator means a worker designated as such by the Company and who meets any statutory requirements for certification under the Machinery Safety Act 1974 as amended from time to time and who is responsible to a staff supervisor and who is in charge of the utilities area and who supervises, directs and trains workers under his control and performs any duties associated with those processes and equipment to which he is assigned as specified in operating procedures and Refinery regulations.
