Executive further agrees to indemnify fully and hold harmless HEC and any of the other Released Parties from any and all claims brought by the Releasing Parties or derivative of Executive's own relating in any manner to Executive's employment or termination of Executive's employment with Executive's on, including the amount of any such claims HEC or any of the other Released Parties are compelled to pay, and the costs and attorney's fees incurred in defending against all such claims.
This General Release includes but is not limited to any claim or demand based on any federal, state, or local statutory or common law or constitutional provision that applies or is asserted to apply, directly or indirectly, to the formation, continuation, or termination of Executive's employment relationship with HEC.
