Such bids will be stored and processed in the ISAP Queue at 2100 HDT on the second to the last day of the bid period.

The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by HDT will not conflict with, result in any breach of or constitute a default under any agreement, instrument, order, judgment, decree, law or governmental regulation to which HDT is subject.
Thereafter, as long as HDT keeps up such pursuit/maintenance (as applicable) HDT shall not be obliged to pay to GSL any royalties in respect of Instruments manufactured, sold or supplied in the part of the Territory where it has assumed such pursuit/maintenance.
