HDSs definition
HDSs means the Hong Kong Depositary Shares representing the interests in the Deposited Securities and evidenced by the HDRs issued hereunder. Subject to paragraph (13) of the form of HDR, each “HDS” evidenced by an HDR represents the right to receive 0.01 Share and a pro rata share in any other Deposited Securities.
