HDHP definition

HDHP or “High Deductible Health Plan” means a plan described in Code Section 223(c)(2). (See Section III.A. of the Disclosure Statement portion of this Agreement for more information regarding when an insurance plan qualifies as a High Deductible Health Plan under Code Section 223(c)(2)).
HDHP means an IRS-qualified high-deductible health plan that allows for tax-deferred contributions to a health savings account.

  • HIGH DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLAN (HDHP) is a health plan that satisfies certain requirements with respect to deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses.

  • PCC means the Particular Conditions of Contract;

  • Odyssey means Odyssey Trust Company.

  • PSEA means the employers' association that is established for post-secondary institutions under the Public Sector Employers' Act and that is the employer bargaining agent for all institutions.

  • SPI means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(a)(2).

  • NPS means nominal pipe size.

  • Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • MTS means the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, a public agency created pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 120050 et seq.

  • MD&A means management’s discussion and analysis.

  • DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS.   • MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.

  • ESI means any and all computer data or electronic recorded media of any kind, including “Native Files”, that are stored in any medium from which it can be retrieved and examined, either directly or after translation into a reasonably useable form. ESI may include information and/or documentation stored in various software programs such as: Email, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SQL databases, or any other software or electronic communication programs or databases that the CONSULTANT may use in the performance of its operations. ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract.
