If and when an emergency requirement should occur, the HCSO reserves the right to deviate from this Contract and procure the item(s) from the most available source.

Upon the request of the HCSO, the Awarded SUPPLIER will re-screen any of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors during the term of the Contract.
Deliveries resulting from this Bid are to be made during the normal working hours of the HCSO.
HCSO shall have the right to terminate the Agreement without cause by providing the SUPPLIER with thirty (30) calendar days written notice.
