HCR Agreement definition
HCR Agreement means that certain Royalty Interest Acquisition Agreement, dated as of December 28, 2017, among Elobix AB, HCR and Albireo Pharma, Inc., as may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
