HCL Infrastructure definition

HCL Infrastructure means the equipment, hardware, software (including, as applicable, operating systems, middleware, and ancillary applications), permits, registrations, telecommunications connections, and other infrastructure necessary to provide Online Services and maintain all backups of Online Services, including backups of Content.
