HCL GROUP means HCL Technologies Limited, HCL Infosystems Limited and NIIT Limited, all companies incorporated under the laws of India, and will include their Affiliates now existing or hereinafter formed;
HCL GROUP means the Company and its Subsidiaries from time to time.
